Once Christmas is over, let us take your real Christmas tree off your hands while raising money for St Joseph’s Hospice.
If you live in one of the postcode areas below, you can book a collection and our volunteers will collect and recycle your tree from the front of your property.

South of the city:

You can also bring your real Christmas tree to St Joseph’s Hospice, Ince Road, Thornton, Liverpool, L23 4UE from Sunday 17 January.
Your donation makes a difference
Our Christmas Tree Collection is run entirely by volunteers who give their time to support the hospice.
Every donation helps us provide care for local people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for their families.
For example:
- £10 could provide fresh, clean bedding for two patient rooms
- £20 could provide three home-cooked meals for one patient for a day
- £40 could help heat the hospice for a day
- £60 could fund a Healthcare Assistant for one shift
- £100 could fund a Registered Nurse for one shift
We suggest a minimum donation of £10 for trees under 6ft and £20 for trees over 6ft.
One donation covers one tree.

Bookings close on Sunday 10 January 2027, so make sure you book your collection in plenty of time.
