British singer songwriter, Stephen Bayliss, will be entertaining the ladies of Liverpool at the St. Joseph’s Hospice Christmas Ladies Lunch next month.
The annual hospice event, on Sunday 27th November from 11am, will be celebrating its 20th anniversary at Formby Hall.
Guests are invited to bring along their girlfriends, work colleagues, mums, daughters and aunts, to enjoy this special ladies only festive afternoon, which will include a three-course lunch, entertainment, dancing and Christmas shopping. Throughout the afternoon, stalls will be selling a wide range of gifts and treats, including jewellery, cakes, accessories, skincare, candles and gifts. Tickets to the event cost just £45.
Performer Stephen Bayliss will spend the whole afternoon at the event, helping the Thornton-based charity to raise lots of money. There will also be a DJ to get everyone up on the dancefloor later on in the afternoon.
Maxine Armstrong, head of fundraising and lottery at St. Josephs Hospice, said: “Christmas Ladies Day is the perfect way to get everyone in to the Christmas spirit. We are delighted that Stephen Bayliss will be joining us for our very special 20th year at Formby Hall.
“We have lots of fantastic stalls booked in too so it will be the perfect place to start your Christmas shopping.
“There’s no ignoring the fact that we have had a very difficult few years at the hospice, where our charitable income has been significantly impacted by the pandemic and the cost of living crisis, and so we need the support of our local communities more than ever in order to continue providing high quality hospice care for local people.
“Please come and join us for what promises to be a really fun event where you can let you hair down and enjoy a wonderful afternoon with the special ladies in your life.”
